How long does an MVP take?

4-6 weeks for most products. Simple tools (landing page + core loop + payments) can ship in 2-3 weeks. More complex products (marketplace mechanics, multi-role dashboards) take the full 6.

What's included in the MVP?

A working, deployed product with auth, your core feature, payments, and a database. Not a prototype — a product you can charge money for on day one.

What about mobile apps?

I build web apps, not native mobile. For most MVPs, a responsive web app is the right first step — ship faster, iterate faster, no app store review process.

Do you take equity?

Sometimes, for the right idea. We can discuss equity + reduced cash arrangements on the strategy call if that's interesting to both of us.

What if I just want advice?
